Grade 5 & 6 student will attend the SSA Football and Netball day in Torquay on Thursday June 5.
Just a reminder to all students in Year 3 – Year 6 – SSA Athletics will be held on Monday. Buses are leaving school promptly at 9am. School uniform is to be worn, with appropriate footwear. Please also remember to bring snacks, lunch, sunscreen and lots of water.

Can you help out with an event at our school athletics carnival?
We require parents to help run each event on the day. You can help all day or just a few hours. If you are avaliable please let the school office know.
Just a reminder that it is the SSA Cross Country tomorrow. It is predicted to be a warm day so please send / bring plenty of water, sunscreen, a hat, food and appopriate footwear.
The year 3 – 6 students will be representing Moriac Primary School at the SSA Cross Country on Tuesday 1st April at Eastern Gardens in Geelong.
Moriac will be competing against other Surf Coast Primary Schools. The bus will be leaving from school at 9:30am and we expect to be back at School at approximately 2.30pm. Students should arrive at school at the normal time of 9am.
The cost for your child is $10.00 which includes entry and bus fare (unless the excursion levy has been paid). Please ensure your child has a lunch, drink (plenty) and snacks in a suitable container, as well as sun protection, appropriate running gear and any medical items required, e.g. Ventolin.
All students compete in this event. 8, 9 and 10 year old boys and girls run 2km and 11, 12 and 13 year old boys and girls run 3kms.
